Its not strange for a woman to take up her husbands last name after marrage, but its a bit strange when the reverse is the case. This is the case between one of the world most powerful couple, Shawn Corey Carter, known as Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles. Jay-Z took Beyonce’s last name when they got married, making
his name officially Shawn Corey Knowles-Carter. Interesting.
